Program concept

Inspired by the ancient story of Arachne (the master weaver who was punished and turned into a spider transformed into a spider for challenging authority), the performers interweave music, movement and installation into an immersive experience for the audience. The spider is understood here as the ultimate symbol for the creator of connections and as a female symbol that has inspired both ancient legends as well as contemporary artists.
